2. By entering the prize draw promotion and submitting details, participants will go into a draw to win the YSTBS5D3E10 Target Board Kit. For this Prize Draw Renesas will be giving away Three (3) YSTBS5D3E10 Target Board Kits.
3. The prize draw is only open to legal residents of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, who are eighteen (18) years or older as of the start date of this prize draw. Employees of Renesas, its affiliated companies, their families, agents or any other person(s) connected with the prize draw are inel-igible.

16.1 All data is provided by participants on a voluntary basis; if participants do not provide the correct and neces-sary contact data they may not be able to participate in the price draw or receive the price. 18. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of its conflicts of law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
