Dean Smith is FAE Director for Renesas' regional market in the Americas. His 30+ years of experience in various Field Applications Engineering roles, including working with numerous technologies, gives him a broad understanding of customer applications and use case needs. Dean holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Dev Mandya is a Business Development Manager with the microcontroller business development team at Renesas Electronics America. He has more than 11 years of experience in Marketing and Applications/Systems Engineering roles spread across the semiconductor and automotive industries. He has previously worked at Robert Bosch as an Automotive Software Engineer, and at Cypress Semiconductor as an Applications/Systems Engineer. Dev holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and an MBA from Quantic School of Business.

Louay Fakhro is a Staff Digital FAE for MCUs, MPUs, and AI. With over 14 years of industry experience, having worked in various roles spanning from hardware and algorithm development to field application engineering, has developed a breadth of knowledge helpful in supporting various customers. Louay holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Stuart Feffer is one of the co-founders of Reality AI and continues to run the Reality AI software business following its acquisition by Renesas. Stuart holds a BA from the University of Chicago and a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.

Palash Koutu is a Senior Engineer on the Reality AI team at Renesas Electronics. Has has more than 6 years of experience in Engineering and Support roles related to Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning for various use cases. Palash holds an MS in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and BE in Computer Science & Engineering from RGTU, India.
