Nils‑Gunnar Fritz joined MBS GmbH in 2003. After initially working on the development of universal gateways for building automation, he took on the role of Head Support Engineer in 2005, where he handled first‑ and second‑level support for all MBS products. After three years, he joined the product management team, in which he took on responsibility for universal gateways. Fritz was appointed as an authorized representative and assigned responsibility for the operational business of MBS GmbH in 2010. He introduced the company's quality management handbook based on the DIN EN ISO 17025 standard and successfully coordinated all activities with the aim of passing the certification audit on the first attempt. Since 2016 Nils‑Gunnar Fritz is CEO and manages specialists for industrial and building automation.
